Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)
About the role
The Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing individual assessments, program planning, clinical case coordination, and direct intervention within the Behavioural Health Supports department. This role includes designing, implementing and overseeing evidence-based programing and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. The Behaviour Analyst ensures treatment plans are data-driven, inclusive, and trauma-informed, supporting skill development and positive behaviour change in individuals receiving services.
Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring individualized treatment programs, providing training and feedback to staff, attending team meetings for case review, and collaborating with caregivers and external professionals. The role also involves maintaining compliance with organizational policies in addition to regulations set forth by the Behaviour Analytic Certification Board (BACB). The position will contribute to a growth-focused team culture while ensuring ethical and effective service delivery
Qualifications:
Applicants must hold BCBA certification or be actively working towards certification with ongoing Master’s-level coursework. A Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required. Experience in behavioural assessment, program development, and staff supervision is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong data analysis skills, knowledge of inclusive and assent-based practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
A clear Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check, Child Protection Record Check, First Aid/CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and access to a personal vehicle for work purposes are required. Successful candidates must submit proof of residency.
