 It’s time for self-care. Step away from the computer, desk or workspace it’s time to detox & decompress! Join Carolann Harding, RYT200, for a 45 minute yoga class that will where you will stretch, breath and clear your mind. Carolann will offer gentle stretches for every body. No yoga experience necessary, all are welcome. Practice on your mat or grab a stable chair.
