For over 45 years TLC has offered professional in-home nursing care, household management support and workplace health care services that meet the needs of hundreds of clients throughout the province. The founder and registered nurse Sylvia Carew, recognized that just because a patient was discharged from the hospital, it didn’t mean they no longer needed care. She formed TLC in 1973 to fill that need and today our professional Carers stand ready to provide you with the support you need.
