Our Province must increase immigration if we ever hope to meet the industry demands we are experiencing and will continue to experience, for years to come. Immigration brings diversity into our communities and opens us up to receive incredible talent from around the world.

At PELMO we understand that you may have questions about how someone from another country who is also a non-native English speaker, would fit into your company culture. We can help with the transition by providing businesses with an assessment of the employee's English proficiency and then English training (if needed) so that communication is as seamless as possible. The training also provides cultural diversity sessions and soft skills training for both the employee and employer.

PELMO provides customized English language assessments and training for businesses. We are also experts in the internationalization of post-secondary programs and provide consulting for institutions that wish to recruit international students.
