I am a Certified Kinesiologist and Certified Ergonomic Coordinator as well as a Corporate Wellness Consultant and public speaker with over 15 years of training experience. As a father of two girls, maintaining a highly active lifestyle and running a successful international coaching business, I know what it takes to manage my personal health and my business growth.

My clients are business professionals/entrepreneurs/C-level staff who strive for work-life harmony – and I supply the tools and coaching to get them there.
