I partner with organizations, leaders, teams, boards of directors, and non-profits to build inclusive cultures where people feel valued, respected, and supported.

As a 2SLGBTQ+ leader, keynote speaker, and educator, I support organizations in embedding psychological safety across their workplaces. My work focuses on strengthening safety across the entire organization from individual experiences and relationships to team dynamics, collaboration, and organizational culture.

DiversityNL collaborates with organizations across industries including construction and energy, aerospace and defence, healthcare, education, government, professional services, and the non-profit sector to help build stronger, more inclusive workplaces. In 2024 received the St. John's Board, Leading the Way Award.
