If you’ve got a big personality, love being the life of the party, and can’t resist a good selfie, this might be your perfect summer gig.
We’ve got a rare opportunity to join the HOT Team this summer—and it’s not your typical 9 to 5. You’ll be HOT on the Street for 2025, repping the brand at the biggest events, hottest hangouts, and community celebrations. You’ll help bring the energy from the street to the studio by going live on location, posting on social, and handing out HOT swag everyone wants to get their hands on.
You’ll also work closely with our sales team to bring client campaigns to life in fun, creative, and unforgettable ways—whether that’s through live hits, TikToks, or that magic moment when someone wins an on-the-spot giveaway.
We’re looking for someone that can
- Deliver HOT 99.1 and our clients’ message with enthusiasm!
- Ability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from mid-June to Labor Day. Plus, additional dates as required
The successful applicant should have the following qualities, attributes and experience level
- Minimum 1 year of broadcast or promotions experience
- Strong oral presentation skills
- Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
- Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude and passion to win
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Valid Newfoundland & Labrador driver’s license
- Outgoing personality
- Strong creative skills
