The Murphy Centre is seeking a Human Resources Manager to fulfil an essential role in supporting HR best practice strategies that align with the culture, goals and objectives of the organization. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to maintain an organizational environment that encourages excellence, collaboration, inclusion, respect and professionalism. This is an In-Person position. Reporting to the Directors, the HR Manager will provide strategic guidance and support as follows:

Candidate Characteristics
- 5 + years of successful experience in HR management roles
- able to fit and support the organizational culture, philosophy and mission
- relevant post-secondary education
- knowledgeable in HR best practice and employment law
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to guide and motivate individuals and teams
- analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues
- proficiency in HR software
- professional HR designation(s) would be an asset
- an appropriate combination of education, credentials, and experience will be considered
