The Opportunity
As a valued member of the Human Resources team, this role is responsible to:
- Support and coordinate HR functions, including recruitment and retention, benefits coordination, labour relations, occupational health, and training and development.
- Collaborate with employees, managers, retirees, and the HR Team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Draft correspondence, develop forms and templates.
- Track and process invoices, and maintain the HR budget.
- Manage HR files and update organizational information and reports.
- Support employee onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
