2026 Board of Directors Application Form

Selecting new Directors is led by the Governance Committee of the Board of Directors. This group is responsible for assessing and identifying gaps, succession planning, and recruiting skilled individuals to the Board.

Please use this form to submit your application for Director for the 2026-2028 term. All applications must be submitted in full via this form to be considered. Full details of the recruitment process can be found in the Board of Trade's bylaws.

The deadline for applications is December 15, 2025 at 5:00pm.
The name of the Board of Trade member who is willing to stand for election and who is qualified for election to the Board under the By-laws of the Board of Trade:
Note: Membership in good standing is a requirement for election, appointment and to remain on the Board of Directors. If the business you work for is a member of the Board of Trade, you are also a member.
Confirmation that you would be willing to serve on the Board of Trade Board of Directors for a two-year term, with a possibility of a one-year extension, beginning in February 2026, if elected. *
Please merge your cover letter and resume into a single file. Only PDF or Word formats are accepted. The cover letter should outline why you'd like to join the Board of Directors and any other information you feel is applicable to this process. The resume should be a typical outline of your education and experience.
