Entrepreneurial and resourceful, Gurwinder is passionate about connecting Canadian businesses to global talent. He has over 12 years of experience helping businesses grow using innovative technology, and building and managing strong teams. At BeGlobal, Gurwinder manages business operations, sales and helps simplify the global hiring process for employers.
Before co-founding BeGlobal, Gurwinder led operations for a BC-based incubator and accelerator to help startups and small businesses launch and grow. He has also successfully led and managed business strategy for Fortune 500 companies, governments, and crown corporations.
He brings his vast business and technology experience to closely align business requirements and develop solutions for businesses to grow through access to global talent.
Gurwinder has been on the board of many non profit organizations and has received recognition for his contribution to the community from Saskatchewan Legislature, Members or Parliament and Mayors across many cities. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Centennial College, Toronto and a Bachelor of Technology from India.
Amalsingh Badal | Head of Immigration, BeGlobal
Amalsingh Badal is the Head of Immigration at BeGlobal and provides insights, advice, and services to Canadian businesses looking to hire global talent. Amalsingh is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), a recognized member of the Registre Quebecois des consultants en immigration, an active CAPIC member, and a Commissioner of Oaths (Ontario).
He is adept at fully utilizing his skills and abilities, and is a strong believer in gathering and sharing expertise and experience with resourcefulness, innovation, and flexibility. Amalsingh is an expert in methods and procedures and in maintaining organizational effectiveness. He coordinates activities or projects according to budget, resources, deadlines, and enterprise requirements within an organization.
Amalsingh holds an Immigration Consultant Diploma with Honors from Ashton College in BC, a diploma in Management Studies from the University of Mauritius, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Surrey in the UK. He is multilingual and can fluently speak, read, and write in English, French, and Hindi.
