Canada's Energy Advantage: Luncheon with CAPP President & CEO Lisa Baiton
Canada has a natural advantage in navigating an increasingly challenging economic and geopolitical environment. Our oil and natural gas resources put the country in an enviable and potentially globally influential position with Canada’s offshore industry holding significant potential of growing into an economic engine for Atlantic Canada. Lisa Baiton, CAPP President & CEO, will speak about the need to unleash our energy advantage to build a more secure and prosperous future for all Canadians.
Lisa Baiton is the 6th CEO of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP). Since her appointment in 2022, Lisa has overseen the strategic realignment of CAPP’s priorities and advocacy efforts, re-establishing CAPP as a non-partisan evidence-based research advocacy organization and authoritative resource on energy industrial policy.
