About Us
In 2002 William J. O’Keefe began working as a sole practitioner servicing small business clients and professionals from a small office in St. John’s. Following a move to the Town of Paradise in 2005, the practice has grown to include a team of two lawyers and four staff. A quiet setting away from the bustling downtown, our office features ample parking and a cozy feel where clients can have meetings on our deck overlooking a private brook and waterfall.
William O’Keefe Law has an experienced team with a focused skill set in the areas of tax, corporate law and estate planning. Our lawyers have completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course and our firm has developed close relationships with numerous small CPA firms in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador and has become a trusted source for tax advice.
