Its PRIME Time! Changes to the PRIME program for larger employers
All employers are required to fulfill their duties under PRIME in order to receive the 5% practice refund on their average annual assessments. By December of 2025, employers with 20 or more workers and 10k or more in yearly assessments will have to comply with the new PRIME requirements.
