Purpose: To present to and engage with community members about co-operatives and an idea for a co-operative incubator program in NL. Expectations: The event will begin with a presentation about co-operatives. As an engagement exercise\, small groups will discuss the prompt: "What are some issues in your community that you think a co-operative could help solve?" This will be followed by sharing discussions with the whole group (if you want)! The last part of the event will be another presentation about an idea for a co-operative incubator program that could contribute to co-operative\, social\, and economic growth for NL! There will also be a Q&A period afterwards! This event is being hosted as a part of an evaluation project by Kristen Murray\, MBA-SEE Student at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Intern at the NL Federation of Co-operatives with funding from Mitacs.
